Shipping

  • Processing Time

    Each print is made to order with care and attention to quality. Please allow:

    • Standard Prints: 3-5 business days for printing and preparation

    • Framed Canvas Prints: 7-10 business days for printing, framing, and preparation

    • Orders placed Friday-Sunday will begin processing the following Monday

  • Standard & Small Prints (up to 24x36"):

    • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class/Priority): 5-7 business days - $8

    • Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Express): 2-3 business days - $15

    • Free Shipping on orders over $150

    Oversized Prints (larger than 24x36"): Due to their size, oversized prints require freight shipping. Freight shipping costs vary based on your location and typically range from $150-$200. You will receive a shipping quote before your order is finalized. Freight shipments typically arrive within 7-10 business days and require a signature upon delivery.

    • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only

    • PO Boxes are accepted for standard-sized prints

    • Oversized prints cannot be shipped to PO Boxes due to freight requirements

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your print's journey to your door.

  • While we package every print with the utmost care, accidents can happen during shipping. If your print arrives damaged:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage

    • We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional charge

    • You do not need to return the damaged print unless requested

Returns

  • Because each print is made to order specifically for you using premium, museum-quality materials, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on prints.

    Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items

    If your print arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue

    • We will send a replacement print or issue a full refund at your preference

    • You do not need to return the damaged or defective item unless requested

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your print has likely entered production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

    • We make every effort to display colors accurately on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be perfectly accurate to the physical print. Slight variations in color may occur between what you see on screen and the final product due to differences in monitor calibration and lighting conditions. This is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return or refund.

      Please Note: We cannot accept returns for change of mind, size expectations, or perceived color differences due to monitor variations. We encourage you to carefully review size guides and product details before placing your order.
